Winter Storm Team assemble again

Low 60s today. Forecast for Thursday?

Thursday
Chance of rain in the morning...then rain or snow likely in the afternoon. Snow accumulation up to 3 inches. Highs in the lower 40s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 70 percent.

Thursday Night
Occasional rain or snow in the evening...then occasional snow after midnight. Snow accumulation of 4 to 9 inches. Lows in the lower 30s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

Yes, that's right. Anywhere from seven to 12 inches of snow for Fort Smith is predicted.

We'll see.

My personal prediction is maybe some sleet, some chilly temperatures, and a run on Wonder Bread at the local grocery stores.
Weather forecasting is a J-O-K-E when people get goofy over "a wintry event" in March.

(Note: I heard one of the local weather goofs actually use the phrase "a wintry event is in store" earlier this week.)

Brownie, I hate you.

Not really. But as I sit watching the snow fall, I don't like hearing that you're running the A/C down in Naples.

And you want to move up north, why?
